🛠️ Following QuickBooks announcement on deprecation of older API versions, ensured that the latest one is in use. 🐛 Extended the logic for checking file extensions in Portal files - if the extension is missing or does match the file type, the correct one is assigned. 🛠️ Improved form submission validation and user experience Clients can no longer submit forms without at least one valid response. Attempting to submit without responding now prompts users to add a response before continuing. Removed the ability to add a general comment to the entire form request — comments can now only be added to individual responses. Legacy form submissions that were completed without responses now clearly indicate the absence of a response in the UI. Cleaned up the interface by removing the column showing whole-request comments; these are still visible in the details view if they exist. 🐛 Fixed a problem with false positives on notifications for data changes in external systems that need reviewing. This includes but is not limited to Xama. Excess spaces are trimmed and addresses are normalised before comparison is made. 🐛 Limited the number of notifications sent after data changes are made to contacts in Xama. Even if an individual is linked to multiple companies, only one notification will be delivered, reducing clutter.
